Rihanna Fails Pt. III
All right people, one last failure for our beloved Rihanna.
This track is just downright a disaster.
Wait Your Turn (Wait Is Ova) will be the second single from the R-rated superstar’s new album.
And I personally think it is a piece of sh…poopie.
It starts out with a horrible synth bit that is actually more of a disaster than the terrible guitar riff that opens Russian Roulette. But it doesn’t stop there. This disgustingly pissed off and quite irritable voice then comes in that seems to groan/grunt something about waiting your turn. Really bad. Really really gross. Unpleasant.
That horrendous satanic bit is followed by Rihanna very half-assedly singing the lyrics “The wait is ova” ova and ova again. Quite boring actually… and the melody is gross. Gag…
The verses are a tad bit better, but I honestly think that the melody is too dark spirited and full of anger. Not the kind of track I’d stop on while flipping through radio stations. The lyrics are quite awful too… words such as grenade, fumble, and shame. Somebody’s full of negative energies I’d say.
This is one serious and dark Rihanna. Maybe she was bit by a werewolf or something.
The chorus is alright. It’s misplaced for sure. It’s a little draggy… a little more positive sounding…
I just don’t even wanna say anything else… It’s just bad. Sorry Rihanna.
